Dr. Laura started designing online instruction in 1997 as a school librarian. She currently directs the online and community-based School Library & Instructional Leadership Program at the University of Colorado – Denver for over 100 graduate students. She has published several articles about online learning and presents nationally about advocacy, online learning, qualitative inquiry, and the School Librarian’s role as a 21st Century Instructional Leader.
